3 slices bacon | |
B: | 2c garlic |
C: | 1# spinach, cleaned and dried |
1. | Cook (A) in iron pan over medium heat until browned. Remove and reserve bacon. |
2. | Add (B) and sautee until golden. |
3. | Add (C), sautee until wilted. |
4. | Garnish with reserved bacon. |
